Finished with surgery #1

Ellie did well with her Tracheotomy surgery this afternoon.  After asking the resident if we could sedate her and give her pain meds, she said that she shouldn't be in pain.  Are you kidding?  Ellie's neck just got cut open.  So sure enough, an hour after surgery Ellie starts throwing a fit and is in intense pain.  April and I finally talked them into giving her a double dose of sedative and pain relievers.  Today has been a very frustrating day.  Please pray for Ellie as she recoups from her surgery.  Please pray for her continued development and progress.  Please pray for the doctors to have compassion and knowledge to do what is best for her.  Please pray that we would glorify God in all that we do. 

Please pray for our friends: Payton, Jaxson, Braxton, Riley, Olivia and Brady.  These individuals cannot pray themselves and we need to petition God to heal all of them.  Thank you for your continued prayers!
