It's now 1:28 a.m. EST and after nearly 36 hours of labor, April has reached 10 cm and should begin the final push soon. The medical team is assembling inside the room to help welcome Ellie into the world. Not sure how long it will take. But when she arrives, mommy will have a fresh box of Libs chocolate covered strawberries!!!
